Join our team as a Digital Associate I, focusing on MLOps. This role involves meticulously collecting ground truth data essential for product development. You will execute tasks based on defined instructions, report results with high accuracy, and understand procedural guidelines for new tasks and releases. Consistency in performing repetitive exercises without compromising quality is key.

This position requires utilizing software tools for data capture and adhering to organizational processes daily. You will be responsible for capturing results, communicating issues, escalating failures, and providing individual status reports. Maintaining productivity and quality baselines is a core expectation. Proactively raising and resolving any execution-related failures or doubts within the stipulated SLAs is also crucial. You will own your daily targets, managing both internal and external dependencies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collecting ground truth data for product development following defined instructions. - Accurately executing tasks and reporting results. - Understanding and applying procedures and guidelines for new tasks and releases. - Performing repetitive exercises diligently based on dynamic instructions while maintaining quality. - Employing software tools for data capture and adhering to organizational processes. - Effectively capturing results, communicating failures, escalating issues, and submitting status reports. - Meeting productivity and quality baselines. - Raising and resolving execution-related failures or doubts within service level agreements (SLAs). - Achieving daily targets and managing dependencies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree, with a preference for quantitative fields like science and engineering, though not mandatory. - Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English. - A solid understanding of QA methodology and associated tools. - Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in using Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. - The ability to manage multiple category images efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
