This position requires performing repetitive exercises diligently, maintaining high quality standards despite dynamic instructions. Effective use of software tools for data capture and compliance with organizational processes are essential. You will be responsible for capturing results, communicating issues, escalating failures, and providing individual status reports, all while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include collecting ground truth data according to defined instructions for product development. You will perform task executions and report outcomes accurately.

Understanding and applying procedures and guidelines for new tasks and releases is crucial. This role involves executing repetitive tasks based on dynamic instructions without compromising quality. Proficiency in using software tools for data capture and adhering to daily organizational processes are expected.

You will be comfortable capturing results, communicating and escalating any failures encountered, and submitting individual status reports. Meeting established productivity and quality baselines is a core expectation. Additionally, you will be responsible for raising all failures or doubts related to task execution within the designated portal and ensuring their closure within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

To be successful in this role, fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is required. A Bachelor's degree is necessary, and a graduate in any field is welcome, with a preference for quantitative fields like science and engineering.

Essential skills include knowledge of QA methodology and tools, along with good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Firefox is also a must. The ability to manage multiple category images in a fast-paced environment is a key requirement.
