Engage in data collection activities following provided scripts and instructions, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and confidentiality. Perform quality audits and verifications to uphold internal process quality standards and meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Track and report on annotation and data collection queries, escalating them to relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution. Monitor daily task completion status using designated tools and submit individual progress reports.

Assist in testing new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ML data tools, providing valuable feedback to streamline existing processes and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is essential.
