You will execute tasks precisely, report outcomes accurately, and integrate seamlessly into our operational procedures. The position demands a commitment to performing repetitive tasks with unwavering quality, utilizing specialized software tools for data capture and adhering to organizational processes daily.

Key responsibilities include managing results, effectively communicating any issues or failures, providing status reports, and consistently meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. Proactive identification and resolution of issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are crucial, along with owning daily targets and managing dependencies.

Execute defined tasks with precision for ground truth data collection in product development.

Accurately perform assigned duties and report findings.

Understand and follow procedures and guidelines for new tasks and releases.

Perform repetitive exercises diligently without compromising on quality.

Utilize software tools for data capture and adhere to organizational processes daily.

Effectively communicate results, escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.

Meet productivity and quality baselines consistently.

Raise and resolve issues related to execution within the portal as per SLAs.

Take ownership of daily targets and manage dependencies.

A Bachelor's degree or Bachelor of Arts is required.

Possess knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with a proven track record in a QAE role.

Hold a Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science), or a PhD.

Familiarity with basic computer business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is necessary.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex and fast-moving issues is expected.

While not strictly required, proficiency in Hindi (speaking, writing, and reading fluently) is a plus.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, is preferred.
