Participate in data collection and annotation as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct quality audits and verification to ensure high internal process quality.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Track and report on annotation and data collection queries, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution.

Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance, ensuring zero risk to customer data. Assist in testing new SOPs and ML data tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide timely and specific feedback to streamline processes and contribute to consistent, high-quality team results. Tasks will include annotation and auditing as per SOPs.
