Participate in data collection activities according to provided scripts and instructions, maintaining strict adherence to compliance and confidentiality requirements. Track annotation and data collection queries, escalating them to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution. Monitor daily task completion status using designated tools and submit individual status reports. Help test new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Machine Learning (ML) data tools. Offer specific, timely feedback to refine existing processes and support the team in achieving superior, consistent results.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with fluent spoken, written, and reading proficiency in English. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Familiarity with the Windows desktop environment, including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, is essential. Experience with automation and version control tools, or programming/scripting in languages such as Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, or PHP is advantageous.
