Join our team as a Digital Associate I, focusing on MLOps. This role is integral to product development, involving the meticulous collection and annotation of ground truth data. You will follow defined instructions, execute tasks accurately, and report results diligently, ensuring high quality in repetitive exercises.

This position requires adherence to organizational processes and the use of specialized software tools for data capture. You'll be responsible for tracking progress, communicating any issues or escalations, and providing regular status updates, all while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. Proactively identify and resolve execution failures within service level agreements (SLAs).

Execute tasks based on specific instructions to collect critical ground truth data for product enhancement.

Accurately perform data annotation and auditing according to established guidelines.

Monitor task ingestion and collaborate with the Operations team to resolve any blockers.

Understand and implement procedures and guidelines for new tasks and product releases.

Handle repetitive data collection exercises dynamically without compromising quality standards.

Utilize software tools for efficient data capture and adhere to organizational processes daily.

Effectively communicate findings, escalate failures, and provide individual status reports, meeting productivity and quality targets.

Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English is essential.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with quantitative fields like science or engineering being preferred but not mandatory.

Solid understanding of QA methodology and relevant tools.

Familiarity with the Windows desktop environment, including Word and Excel, is necessary.

Ability to manage multiple image categories within a fast-paced operational setting.
