NTT DATA Americas seeks a Digital Pre-Sales Technical Architect / AI Solutions Architect to propel our growth in the North American market.

This pivotal role will spearhead expansion across key areas including Custom Applications, Agentic AI, Process Optimization, Cloud Modernization, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

The Senior Advisor will provide expert solution architecture leadership, deep pre-sales knowledge, and specialized expertise in enterprise AI adoption, agentic systems, application modernization, and cloud-native platforms, shaping strategic opportunities and aligning technology with client business goals.

Lead pre-sales solution architecture for substantial and intricate digital transformation projects. Originate and shape deals across Custom Application Development, Agentic AI, AI/ML, Automation, Cloud Migration, and Legacy Modernization. Architect scalable, AI-enabled enterprise solutions leveraging LLMs, agentic frameworks, cloud AI platforms, automation tools, and modern application engineering. Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, proposals, estimates, transformation roadmaps, and go-to-market collateral. Articulate clear and compelling value propositions that resonate with client business objectives. Collaborate with sales, delivery, practice, product, and senior leadership to define deal strategies and solution approaches. Advise clients on process optimization, intelligent automation, enterprise AI adoption, AI governance, and modernization strategies. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with senior client stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and internal leadership. Ensure all proposed solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, cost-effective, compliant, and adhere to enterprise architecture principles. Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership in areas such as Agentic AI, cloud-native modernization, and digital product engineering.

Possess over 8 years of experience in consulting, IT services, digital transformation, or technology sales. Demonstrate 8+ years of success in negotiating, shaping, and closing significant professional services deals. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Custom Application Development, Application Architecture, Cloud Migration, Legacy Modernization, or Enterprise Architecture. Proven experience designing or delivering solutions in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, advanced analytics, or cloud-native technologies. Over 10 years of cross-industry experience, with a strong grasp of technology, operations, and enterprise transformation landscapes. Extensive experience engaging with senior business and technology leaders within Fortune 500 organizations. Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred. Exhibit a profound understanding of AI architecture, agentic systems, LLMOps, cloud platforms, application modernization, and enterprise architecture. Demonstrate a track record of leading large, complex, and strategic sales opportunities. Possess the ability to translate intricate business challenges into scalable, secure, and value-driven technology solutions. Maintain a strong executive presence, enabling effective engagement with CXO-level stakeholders. Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills, including storytelling, presentation delivery, proposal development, and executive briefings. Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams across sales, architecture, delivery, engineering, and partner ecosystems. Apply strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and professionalism to influence stakeholders effectively. Have experience in deal shaping, origination, proposal development, estimation, solution governance, and executive-level client engagement.
