We are seeking a Manager for our EY-Consulting–Kinaxis Maestro Planning team. As a key player in EY GDS's expanding digital supply chain services, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a leading firm and significantly shape a burgeoning service offering.

As a Manager, you will provide expert solutions to analyze and identify gaps, leading the design and implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response to meet client business requirements.

Your role will involve guiding implementation, configuration, testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities. You will conduct workshops to grasp end-to-end business processes and propose optimal solutions.

Deliver high-quality client solutions that surpass expectations, ensuring on-time and on-budget project completion. You will manage client solution delivery, define project approaches, motivate teams, mitigate risks, and effectively engage with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities by fostering strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and communicating potential opportunities to EY leadership.

Required expertise includes in-depth knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and constraints planning. Technical skills should encompass workbook development, alert monitoring, hierarchy and filter configuration, scenario hierarchy setup, and control table configuration.

Proficiency in the Planning Engine, data model modification, and integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems via Data Warehouses is essential. Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces, workflows, query development, and creating detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts, and reports is also crucial.

We require a minimum of 8 years in supply chain consulting or operations, with proven experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation. Prior end-to-end demand planning project experience using Kinaxis Rapid Response is necessary.

An understanding of the functional and technical architecture supporting data integration with multiple source and target systems is ideal. Experience working with an Onsite & Offshore delivery model is preferred. Familiarity with fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects, and meeting strict deadlines is beneficial.
