Spearhead the analysis of supply chain gaps and design robust solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response to meet diverse business needs. Lead full implementation cycles, including configuration, testing, training, and documentation. Conduct client workshops to deeply understand end-to-end business processes and propose optimal solutions. Ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality client solutions that surpass expectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by fostering strong client relationships and aligning EY's offerings with client needs.

Bring extensive experience in supply chain consulting or operations, with a proven track record in Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations. Possess in-depth functional knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and constraints planning. Demonstrate technical proficiency in Kinaxis Rapid Response, including workbook development, alert management, hierarchies, filters, scenario setup, and control table configuration. Familiarity with data model modifications and integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through data warehouses is essential. Experience with onsite and offshore delivery models is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are a must.
