As a DFT Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design and implementation of advanced test access mechanisms, memory BIST, and scan compression techniques. Your responsibilities will extend to the verification and silicon bring-up of Scan ATPG and other crucial DFT features. You will also play a key role in developing and deploying novel DFT methodologies for our future products, striving to enhance the quality and efficiency of our DFT processes. Collaboration with multi-functional teams to integrate DFT features seamlessly into chip designs is also a core aspect of this role.

This position may involve occasional travel and flexible working hours during critical project milestones.

We are looking for candidates with a BSEE or MSEE degree, or equivalent practical experience, coupled with over two years of relevant experience, ideally in Design for Testability (DFT). A strong understanding of static timing analysis, ECO, ASIC/Logic Design flow, HDL, and digital logic design is essential. Familiarity with RTL and Gates verification, simulation, BIST architecture, and JTAG standards (IEEE1149.1/IEEE1500) is required. Expertise in Scan ATPG, compression techniques, and memory testing, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, is critical.
