As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in providing essential support for incoming tickets, engaging in extensive troubleshooting to resolve issues across multiple products, features, and services. Your responsibilities will include driving operations and maintenance through coding projects, developing innovative tools to streamline operational tasks, and ensuring smooth software deployments in both staging and production environments.

You will also be responsible for generating comprehensive system and support status reports. Furthermore, you will take ownership of one or more digital products or components, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability within the Ads AI Core Infra.

We are seeking candidates with a foundation in software development or technical support, possessing at least two years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.

Essential skills include proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems, along with proficiency in Unix environments. Experience with AWS, networking, and operating systems is considered a valuable asset for this role.
