As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing customer experience elements and the underlying complex systems. Your role will involve improving the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization. Provide comprehensive support for incoming tickets, including advanced troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services. Maintain accurate system and support status reporting. Take ownership of one or more digital products or components, ensuring their seamless operation.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in software development or technical support. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is required. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems is essential. Proficiency with Unix environments is a must. Experience with AWS, networking, and operating systems is highly preferred.
