This role involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring the security and reliability of these systems.

The engineer will collaborate with various teams to streamline workflows and optimize the development lifecycle. The focus will be on automation and infrastructure management to enhance productivity and safeguard against potential security vulnerabilities.

Proficiency in ServiceNow, including ServiceNow Developer and TNI, is essential. Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools is required.

A strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts is necessary. Familiarity with container orchestration technologies and security best practices is also expected. The ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems and workflows is crucial.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow is mandatory for this position. This role requires 15 years of full-time education. The position is based in our Bengaluru office.
