Join our team as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on building and enhancing our development tools and infrastructure. This role leverages expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security to create robust systems. You will be instrumental in developing and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the security of our systems against threats.

We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage a scalable CI/CD platform on Azure DevOps. Your responsibilities will include pipeline engineering, infrastructure automation, security integration, and supporting developer productivity. As a platform owner, you will empower product teams to deliver software reliably, securely, and efficiently.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will own and manage the Azure DevOps (ADO) platform as a central service for engineering teams. You will establish and enforce standards, best practices, and guardrails for pipelines, repositories, and artifacts. Designing a scalable CI/CD platform architecture that aligns with enterprise requirements is key. Collaboration with security, cloud, and engineering leadership on the platform's future roadmap is essential.

Key duties include enforcing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least privilege principles, and approval gates. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reusable Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and creating pipeline templates for build, test, security scanning, and deployment processes. Enabling multi-stage deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments is a core function. You will also implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM or Terraform, maintain version-controlled infrastructure definitions, and ensure consistent environment provisioning and configuration.

This role requires strong expertise in Azure DevOps Services, including Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Boards, coupled with advanced YAML pipeline development skills. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform is necessary. A solid understanding of the Azure platform, encompassing PaaS, Storage, Networking, Identity, and Compute services, is expected. Scripting abilities in PowerShell, Python, YAML, and JSON are crucial.

Candidates should possess experience in designing CI/CD platforms at scale, developing reusable templates and shared libraries, and implementing DevSecOps practices. A minimum of 3 years of dedicated DevOps experience is mandatory. The position is based in our Hyderabad office, and a full-time education spanning 15 years is required.
