As a DevOps Engineer, you are expected to work independently and become a subject matter expert (SME) in your domain.

Monitoring system performance, implementing enhancements for reliability and scalability, and assisting in troubleshooting development tool and environment issues are essential. Documenting processes and best practices will support knowledge sharing within the team.

A strong foundation in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is mandatory for this position.

Candidates should possess experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies, coupled with a solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. Familiarity with security best practices in software deployment and infrastructure management is also required.

Proficiency in automating workflows and managing infrastructure as code is expected. A minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is necessary. The role requires 15 years of full-time education and is based in our Bengaluru office.
