As a DevOps Engineer, you will be expected to contribute as a subject matter expert and actively participate in team discussions. Your role will involve developing solutions for complex work-related challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine infrastructure and deployment procedures. You'll monitor system performance, implement enhancements for reliability and security, and document configurations for knowledge sharing. Assisting junior team members in adopting best practices will also be a part of your responsibilities.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, particularly with strong proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). Familiarity with cloud platforms, container orchestration technologies, and a solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies are essential. The ability to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure, coupled with experience in automation tools and scripting languages, is required. A foundational education of 15 years full-time is also a prerequisite for this position.
