As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps systems that streamline development and release pipelines for our diverse projects. This role emphasizes a passion for automating routine tasks and optimizing workflows through well-architected systems.

You will collaborate closely with internal customers, developers, and various teams to enhance their operational efficiency. A key aspect of this position involves deploying and promoting new services, with a strong focus on observability and logging to ensure system health and performance.

Key responsibilities include building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure leveraging expertise in CI/CD, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security. You will develop and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are secure.

This role involves monitoring, logging, maintaining, and scaling both on-premise and AWS infrastructures. Collaboration with infrastructure and development teams is crucial for improving products and processes. You will also be responsible for building and testing pipelines for development and production deployments, analyzing existing pipelines for performance enhancements, and fostering a strong DevOps culture.

A strong background in Linux with hands-on experience in configuration management tools is essential. Proficiency with version control frameworks like Git and experience with the AWS cloud provider are required.

Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies is necessary. Experience with container tooling and orchestration, particularly Kubernetes, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with the DevOps toolset, including Hashicorp's Vault and Terraform, as well as monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus, is expected. Excellent English communication skills are also a must.
