Seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to establish and enhance development infrastructure. This role involves leveraging expertise in CI/CD, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security to build and deploy robust systems. You will be instrumental in creating secure, end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.

Additionally, the position requires a Scrum Master to ensure the seamless operation of software development teams. The Scrum Master will cultivate an Agile environment, facilitate key ceremonies, and proactively remove impediments to team progress. This role emphasizes clear communication, progress tracking, and continuous team development.

Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure. Develop and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, integrating security best practices. Enable smooth software development team operations by fostering Agile practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress and ensure focus on objectives. Monitor and communicate team progress through relevant metrics. Support and mentor the team to enhance performance and collaboration. Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively, taking ownership of team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions. Provide solutions to immediate team and cross-team challenges. Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adapting processes. Support junior team members through guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience required. A candidate with minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is preferred. Requires 15 years of full-time education. Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Agile methodologies. Strong skills in team collaboration and conflict resolution. Ability to track and report project progress using metrics and tools. Competence in identifying and removing impediments. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
