This role focuses on building and deploying robust development tools and infrastructure, leveraging expertise in CI/CD, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security. You will construct and test comprehensive CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are secure against threats. The position involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure, managing cloud environments, and orchestrating containerized applications. A key aspect is maintaining system security and reliability throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating with teams to optimize deployments, and resolving issues for seamless operations.

As an independent contributor, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert. Active participation in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related challenges are essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine deployment workflows and infrastructure, monitor system performance for improvements in reliability and scalability, and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is mandatory. Proficiency in cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies is required, alongside a strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies. Knowledge of security best practices for software development and deployment is crucial. The ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues is also a key requirement. This position demands a 15-year full-time education.
