As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure essential for streamlined software development processes. Continuous monitoring and rigorous testing will be key to maintaining high system availability and protecting against potential security vulnerabilities. Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to emerging technologies are vital for enhancing operational efficiency and system reliability.

Independently perform duties and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment processes and infrastructure performance. Monitor system health, implementing improvements for reliability and security. Document processes and best practices for knowledge dissemination. Support junior team members in adopting and understanding DevOps principles.

A strong command of the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is essential. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and container orchestration technologies is required. Possess a solid understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment pipelines. Demonstrate knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment. Capability to automate workflows and implement infrastructure as code solutions. Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques. Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is mandatory. A complete 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
