Your primary responsibility will be to support and enhance the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational processes crucial for successful application and service delivery.

Key duties encompass:

- Architecting, implementing, and managing infrastructure solutions supporting application hosting, data processing, analytics, and core enterprise services. - Building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery, improving deployment quality and consistency. - Implementing comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for real-time visibility into system health, availability, and performance. - Automating routine operational and administrative tasks to minimize manual effort, boost efficiency, and enhance overall reliability. - Partnering with development, operations, product, and business units to ensure solutions align with business needs and achieve successful deployment. - Providing essential support for software releases, deployments, and ongoing infrastructure maintenance. - Ensuring all platforms and services adhere strictly to organizational security protocols, governance mandates, and regulatory requirements. - Developing and enforcing best practices for access management, data protection, and system security. - Analyzing system performance, identifying constraints, and implementing optimization strategies for enhanced scalability and operational efficiency. - Actively participating in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of production incidents, driving sustainable corrective actions and fostering continuous improvement.
