Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery. Automate build, deployment, and release processes for Java applications using tools like Gradle. Leverage containerization technologies, including Kubernetes, to ensure scalable and efficient application deployment. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and/or Bash to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate effectively within Agile development frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Build & Release Engineering is essential. Possess a strong understanding of core DevOps principles, methodologies, and industry best practices. Demonstrated expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, with practical experience using GitHub Actions. Proficiency in Gradle build automation and experience supporting the full lifecycle of Java applications, from build to deployment. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes, is required. Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and/or Bash are crucial for this role. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities are a must. Experience working within Agile development environments and strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
