A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Build & Release Engineering is required. Essential skills include a strong understanding of DevOps principles, proven experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, and proficiency in Gradle build automation. Candidates should also possess experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, strong scripting abilities in Python and/or Bash, and a solid background in Agile methodologies.
