As a DevOps Azure Lead, you will architect and manage robust Azure-based pipelines, including Databricks, Spark, and ADF. Your responsibilities will encompass platform operations, security, and governance, defining enterprise DevOps and cloud engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.

You will establish CI/CD governance and best practices using Jenkins and Git, and define enterprise infrastructure using Azure. Leading containerization, orchestration strategies, and architecting scalable cloud solutions are key. You will drive cloud automation, modernization, and deployment transformation initiatives.

Additionally, you will establish enterprise monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks. Defining reliability, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery strategies, along with guiding teams on DevOps architecture and automation, will be crucial. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud initiatives and drive continuous improvement in cloud maturity and operational excellence.

We are looking for a leader with a strong background in DevOps and cloud engineering, particularly within the Azure ecosystem. Essential technical skills include expertise in Azure, Databricks, Spark, ADF, Jenkins, Git, Docker, CI/CD, and SRE principles. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Event Hubs, and HDInsight is mandatory.

Key competencies involve demonstrating leadership, accountability, and strategic thinking in driving cloud and DevOps excellence. Effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of automation, innovation, and reliability, and making strong decisions are vital.
