As our Community Manager, you will cultivate a vibrant developer ecosystem by managing our Discord server, designing and executing engaging programs like hackathons, meetups, and workshops. A key aspect of this role involves deeply understanding developer challenges and excitement, translating these insights into actionable feedback for our engineering and product teams.

We seek a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in community management or developer programs, ideally within devtools, developer platforms, or open-source environments. You should have a proven track record of building and scaling communities from the ground up. Familiarity with developer workflows and technical conversations is essential. Strong organizational skills, clear and warm written communication, and the ability to execute independently on loosely defined projects are paramount.
