This role is pivotal within our Pega digital practice, reporting to solution/delivery leadership. Key responsibilities include designing integration strategies for Pega applications in alignment with transformational initiatives. You will formulate overall data strategies based on client needs and enterprise goals, and provide expert guidance to CSA’s. Drive best practices and concepts as a thought leader in Pega methodology, while staying updated on current and emerging technologies.

Ensure solutions align with business and IT objectives, identifying the impact of business requirements on systems. Communicate solution options effectively to stakeholders and incorporate software/system architecture into conceptual designs for scalable solutions. Provide strategic thinking, roadmaps, and enterprise recommendations, ensuring adherence to established standards.

Facilitate open communication and fact-based decision-making. Review the work of team members, offering mentoring and support to both Development and Business Architect teams. Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments and research industry best practices for problem-solving. Forecast resource requirements and motivate team members. Experience with cross-functional team leadership and fostering a collaborative environment is crucial.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing applications using Pega, with at least 3 years focusing on Pega applications using Constellation. Strong communication and presentation skills are vital for collaborating with the business and influencing requirements. Exposure to product development practices and methodologies is expected.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required. Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions from a technical perspective is essential. You must possess excellent skills in identifying and driving process optimization and streamlining for client business processes.

Key technical skills include in-depth knowledge of Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design, application profiling, and various concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, and Ruleset Management. Experience with multi-language support, localization, UI frameworks, skins, email listeners, workbaskets, SSO integration, security privileges, access roles, RDA, and RPA Pega solutions is required. Expertise in object-oriented design, various integration approaches (microservices, messaging, queuing, API patterns), and software delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is critical. Experience in collaborative, matrixed, and virtual teams is necessary. Exposure to HealthCare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality sectors is a plus.
