NTT DATA seeks passionate and innovative individuals to join our team. We are hiring a Senior System Architect (Pega) for our IT / Digital Transformation department. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bangalore, India, and requires 5-8+ years of experience.

As a Pega Senior System Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust BPM and case management solutions. Your deep expertise in Pega application architecture, best practices, and integration will drive the success of enterprise-level projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical design efforts, mentoring team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing Pega applications.

Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end Pega solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, translating business requirements into technical designs, and defining application structures. You will develop complex case workflows, UI rules, and integrations, ensuring adherence to Pega Guardrails. Performance optimization, including identifying bottlenecks and ensuring application scalability, is crucial. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with Business Architects for requirement clarification. Governance and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements are also key aspects of this role.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5-8+ years of IT experience focused on Pega application development. Essential technical skills include Pega PRPC/Pega Platform (v7.x/v8.x or above), case management, BPM, data modeling, integration services (REST, SOAP, etc.), Pega Decisioning, and UI/UX configuration. A strong understanding of Pega Guardrails, performance tuning, and Agile/Scrum methodology is required. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.

Preferred qualifications include a Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA/SSA) certification (mandatory) and Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) (preferred). Experience with Pega Customer Service/Sales Automation, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools, and database systems is advantageous. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities are vital for success in this role.
