NTT DATA is seeking a highly experienced Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join our dynamic digital practice. As a Pega Senior System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and integrating Pega applications in line with business transformation goals. You will define the overall data strategy, acting as a subject matter expert for CSA’s and instilling best practices in Pega methodology. Your role includes ensuring solutions align with business and IT objectives, communicating options to stakeholders, and incorporating architecture into high-performing, scalable designs.

You will also lead by example, mentoring development and business architect teams, and developing innovative approaches to complex challenges. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices will be crucial. This position requires a strong ability to forecast resource needs and lead team members effectively.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing applications using Pega, with at least 3 years specifically using Constellation. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is essential. Proven communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration with business teams and understanding requirements.

Key technical expertise includes Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design, application profiling, and a strong grasp of Pega concepts like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, and Ruleset Management. Experience with multi-language support, UI frameworks, email listeners, SSO integration, security privileges, RDA, and RPA solutions is expected. Expertise in object-oriented design, integration approaches (microservices, APIs), and various software delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is also required. Exposure to industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Airlines, or Travel & Hospitality is a plus.
