Key responsibilities include engaging in software development, providing essential system support, and executing seamless system integrations. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough code reviews and ensuring comprehensive documentation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various client projects, adhering strictly to Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.

This position may require occasional on-call duties or go-live support. Some project calls might necessitate early morning discussions for offshore team members, but these are not daily occurrences. Coordination for sporadic ad hoc needs, such as weekend support, will also be part of the role.

This role is ideal for a Software Engineer focused on supporting DSS teams with Blue Yonder WMS projects. Candidates should possess strong development and support skills, with experience in system integrations and code reviews. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is crucial for collaboration across multiple client projects, including Masterlock, Wella, Piston, John Lewis, GXO, Pepsi, Hershey, Liberty Hardware, and CJ Logistics.

The position is primarily offshore with a hybrid/flexible work arrangement, Monday through Friday, adhering to regional time zone hours. Resources can be onboarded in phases as per on-demand requirements. While many roles offer remote or hybrid options, these are subject to client needs. In-office attendance may be required for meetings or events based on business necessities.
