As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust Pega solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, and defining application architectures. Your role will involve developing intricate workflows, UIs, and integrations, while ensuring adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices. You will also focus on performance optimization, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure application scalability and high availability.

Furthermore, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with business architects and stakeholders. This includes participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting UAT and deployment activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of IT experience focused on Pega application development. Essential skills include strong proficiency with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform (v7.x/v8.x or above), Case Management, BPM concepts, data modelling, and integration services (REST, SOAP, etc.). A solid understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.

Preferred qualifications include Pega System Architect (CSA/SA) certification, with a Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) being a significant advantage. Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools, and database systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.
