As a Salesforce expert, you will be instrumental in analyzing business requirements and architecting robust Salesforce solutions. This includes hands-on development using Apex, LWC, and other platform tools, as well as configuring and enhancing the platform with features like Flows and Custom Objects.

You will also play a key role in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and supporting data migration initiatives. Participation in Agile ceremonies ensures alignment with project goals and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 4 years of direct Salesforce development experience is required for this position. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and various integration techniques is essential.

Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce governor limits is crucial for optimizing performance and scalability. Experience with enterprise middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi is beneficial. Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I and Administrator, are highly regarded.
