NTT DATA is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) with extensive experience in Pega's low-code approach, App Studio, and DCO. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and designing robust Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities, contributing to innovative and scalable software solutions in a collaborative environment.

As a key member of our Pega digital practice, you will report to the solution/delivery leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping the integration strategy and overall data strategy for Pega application implementations, ensuring alignment with transformational initiatives and client business needs.

Design and implement integration strategies for Pega application implementations, aligning with transformational initiatives. Formulate comprehensive data strategies based on client needs and enterprise objectives. Provide expert guidance and act as a subject matter expert for CSA's. Champion Pega methodology best practices and concepts as a thought leader. Stay abreast of current and emerging technologies, products, and trends relevant to Pega solutions. Ensure solutions align with overarching business and IT goals. Quantify the scope and impact of business requirements and changes on systems. Communicate solution options effectively to business owners and stakeholders. Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs for highly scalable and performant solutions. Ensure adherence to enterprise technology standards and roadmaps. Provide strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps, driving enterprise recommendations. Facilitate open communication and fact-based decision-making within project teams. Review the work of team members, offering guidance and mentorship to Development and Business Architect teams. Develop innovative approaches for complex and challenging assignments. Research and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems. Forecast and plan resource requirements for projects. Motivate and lead team members through excellent interpersonal skills.

Possess 8+ years of experience developing applications using Pega. Have 3+ years of experience developing Pega applications with Constellation. Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with the business and influence requirements. Demonstrate exposure to product development practices and methodologies. Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Successfully manage the end-to-end technical delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions and projects. Exhibit excellent skills in identifying and driving process optimization and streamlining for client business processes. Showcase strong knowledge and experience in Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design and application profiling. Possess deep understanding of Pega PRPC concepts and rule types, including Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, and Ruleset Management. Have experience with multi-language and localization of application interfaces. Familiarity with the UI framework and creating skins is essential. Experience with email listeners and routing emails via workbaskets is required. Proficiency in SSO integration is necessary. Experience with security privileges and access roles is expected. Experience with RDA and RPA Pega solutions is required. Demonstrate proven project successes and the ability to lead a team through the architecting process to delivery. Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation is crucial. Possess expertise in various integration approaches like microservices, messaging, queuing, and API patterns. Proficiency in various software delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Be adept at formulating conceptual frameworks and communicating these ideas elegantly. Experience working within collaborative, matrixed, and virtual teams. Exposure to HealthCare, Insurance, Airlines, or Travel & Hospitality sectors is a plus.
