As a Salesforce Solutions Developer, you will independently design, develop, and deploy robust applications. Independently design, develop, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes for scalable Salesforce solutions. Build and maintain intuitive, high-performing user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Develop and support solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including case management and automation. Configure Agentforce and other AI-driven capabilities to enhance customer service and marketing initiatives. Design scalable data models that balance business needs, security, and platform performance. Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and develop bulk-safe code adhering to governor limits. Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Own solutions from requirements gathering and development through to deployment and production support. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to platform best practices. Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a proven record of building Apex and LWC solutions. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this position. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer 1 are advantageous. Experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud is preferred, ideally including Agentforce or other Salesforce AI capabilities. Demonstrated ability to independently manage solutions from design through production support. Possess strong communication skills with experience translating business needs into technical solutions for non-technical audiences. Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, Flow, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and understanding the Salesforce security/sharing model is essential. A strong grasp of governor limits, security, and sharing models is crucial.
