Join NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services, as a Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA). This role is integral to our Pega digital practice, reporting to solution/delivery leadership. You will leverage your expertise in Pega's low-code approach, App Studio, and DCO to conduct elaboration sessions, translate business requirements into technical designs, and guide project teams.

We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong individual ready to lead Pega projects and explore new Pega capabilities. Essential to this role are strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. As a CSSA, you will be expected to think independently while fostering teamwork to deliver first-rate software solutions.

As a Pega Certified Senior System Architect, you will be responsible for defining the Pega application's integration strategy, aligning it with transformational initiatives. You will formulate the overall data strategy, provide expert guidance to CSA's, and instill best practices in Pega methodology. Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging Pega technologies is key, alongside ensuring solution alignment with business and IT objectives. You will quantify the impact of business requirements, communicate solution options to stakeholders, and incorporate system architecture into highly scalable designs.

Further responsibilities include ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards, providing strategic thinking and roadmaps, and facilitating fact-based decision-making. You will review and mentor development and business architect teams, develop innovative solutions, and research industry best practices. Resource forecasting and planning are also part of the role, along with motivating and leading team members. Experience with collaborative, matrixed, and virtual teams is highly valued.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience developing applications using Pega, including 3+ years with Constellation. Proven communication and presentation skills are necessary for collaborating with the business and influencing requirements. Exposure to product development practices and methodologies is expected.

We require a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions. Excellent skills in identifying and driving process optimization and streamlining client business processes are essential. Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC concepts, including Enterprise class structure design, application profiling, rule types (Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, Ruleset Management), is mandatory.

Experience with multi-language localization, UI framework, skins, email listeners, workbaskets, SSO integration, security privileges, access roles, RDA, and RPA Pega solutions is required. Proven project success and team leadership during the architecting process are critical. Expertise in object-oriented design, various integration approaches (microservices, messaging, queuing, API patterns), and software delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is expected. Experience working within collaborative, virtual teams is a plus. Familiarity with the HealthCare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality sectors is advantageous.
