In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust Pega solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. Key responsibilities include translating business needs into scalable technical designs, defining application structures, and ensuring adherence to Pega best practices through design and code reviews.

You will also be responsible for developing complex Pega workflows, integrating systems via REST/SOAP, and configuring decisioning and business rules. Optimizing application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring scalability and high availability are crucial.

Furthermore, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with stakeholders for requirement clarification. Supporting UAT and production deployments, maintaining essential documentation, and conducting governance reviews will also be part of your remit.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of experience in Pega application development. A strong foundation in Pega PRPC/Platform (v7.x/v8.x or above), case management, data modeling, and integration services is essential.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required. While a Pega System Architect (CSA/SA) certification is mandatory, a Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is preferred.

Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools, and database systems is advantageous. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities are also highly valued.
