We are looking for a skilled Developer or Technical Lead to support our DSS team, focusing on Blue Yonder WMS projects. This role involves working on multiple client projects and collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile environment. We prioritize local hiring to provide effective, tailored support, offering flexible work arrangements that adapt to client needs.

Key responsibilities include software development, providing essential support, managing system integrations, conducting code reviews, and creating comprehensive documentation. The role demands active participation in multiple client projects, fostering collaboration with various stakeholders, and adhering to Agile methodologies. Occasional on-call or go-live support may be required, including participation in project calls during US morning hours or sporadic weekend support, although these are not daily occurrences.

Resources will be onboarded in phases, contributing to diverse projects such as Masterlock, Wella, Piston, John Lewis, GXO, Pepsi, Hershey, Liberty Hardware, and CJ Logistics.

This full-time position requires 3 to 7 years of experience. While the role is primarily offshore, a hybrid or flexible work mode is offered, with work scheduled Monday to Friday according to regional time zone appropriateness. The position is considered on-demand, with onboarding anticipated within 1-2 weeks, contingent upon environment setup.
