This role involves working with international clients to implement, customize, support, and enhance OTM solutions, focusing on optimizing logistics and supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include mastering Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices. You will actively participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

Support will be provided for production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests. You will also prepare functional and technical documentation, including user guides. Collaboration with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders is essential.

Further duties involve system integration, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Continuous learning of emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies is expected, along with leveraging AI tools to boost productivity in documentation, analysis, testing, and solution development.

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven graduates with a B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering fields (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering) or an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business Analytics.

Ideal candidates will be 2025/2026 graduates or recent graduates with a strong academic record. Essential skills include exceptional analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by effective verbal and written communication.

A genuine willingness to learn enterprise applications and supply chain business processes is crucial. Preferred skills encompass basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming, alongside an understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP, or business processes. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, ERP, or enterprise applications, as well as APIs, XML, JSON, or integration concepts, is advantageous.
