Join the Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) team in India as a DevOps Engineer. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our mission-critical services. Manage all facets of mission-critical services within the AFT platform.

Innovate and automate processes to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain highly available and scalable systems supporting Amazon's fulfillment network.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, program management, and software engineering.

Drive operational excellence and contribute to scaling the business.

Lead smaller scope development projects and build custom tools as needed.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support.

Proven experience with scripting in modern programming languages.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems.

Familiarity with web services, distributed systems, and web application development is advantageous.

Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining both hardware and software RAID configurations is preferred.
