As a Design Lead, you will be the principal Interaction/Visual Design expert for dedicated Design Pods on high-impact client projects. You will establish and maintain the design direction, ensuring all outputs align with strategic goals and brand guidelines. Conduct rigorous design quality reviews and ensure the seamless application of the end-to-end UX/UI and Human-Centered Design process from discovery to delivery.

Champion and lead the adoption of AI across the entire design lifecycle, from research and concepting to execution and user testing. You will also lead, manage, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

We seek experienced professionals with 8 to 14 years of relevant work experience in Experience Design and the creation of complex digital experiences. Demonstrable expertise across diverse platforms including Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), Conversational AI, and other emerging digital channels is essential.

Proven ability to deliver impactful solutions for clients in various industries like Finance, Healthcare, Retail, and Tech. Deep proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD is required. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills are necessary to articulate complex design rationale effectively.
