Your responsibilities will include influencing key customer decisions, collaborating with cross-business leaders to strengthen our value proposition, and accelerating growth. Additionally, you will be expected to support ADM deals with reviews and customer oral presentations, conduct comparative analyses to provide strong recommendations, and focus on enhancing productivity and cost savings in the ADM landscape through new strategies. Effective management reporting, bold decision-making, risk assessment, and financial planning for running programs are crucial aspects of this role.

A distinguished career with over 20 years of experience, including a strong track record in delivering complex, multi-tower ADM projects valued at over $50 million, is essential. Proven expertise across the complete ADM lifecycle—from solutioning and transition to steady-state operations and optimization—is required. A design thinking and innovative mindset capable of driving strategic initiatives is paramount. Hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI for asset development and implementation, leading teams of 15-20 individuals, is also necessary. A solid understanding of technologies and architecture frameworks such as .NET, Java, SFDC, Microservices, SAP, and non-SAP applications is expected.
