This role is integral to managing advisory, compliance, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), and controversy resolution for our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive preparation and meticulous review of Form 3CEB and transfer pricing documentation. You will manage the preparation of submissions and appeals, while actively monitoring a team to ensure effective transfer pricing compliance and litigation management.

Engage directly with clients to understand their unique needs, review DRP submissions and ITAT paper books to formulate optimal case strategies, and ensure the timely submission of initial TPO replies. Additionally, you will prepare service fee proposals, assist in pitching for new business opportunities, and foster integration across service lines within the transfer pricing division.

We are seeking candidates who hold a CA or MBA from premier finance institutes, ideally with 3 to 4 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and practices, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key competencies include proficiency in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, managing client interactions, and a strategic approach to compliance and litigation. Experience with Advance Pricing Agreements and a proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members are highly valued for this Mumbai-based role.
