Your core responsibilities will include preparing and meticulously reviewing Form 3CEB and all transfer pricing documentation. You will also manage the preparation and review of submissions, appeals, and client interactions, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and addressed.

Furthermore, you will lead a team to manage transfer pricing compliance and litigation, review DRP submissions and ITAT paper books for optimal case strategy, and guarantee the timely submission of initial TPO replies. This role also involves preparing service fee proposals and actively assisting in pitching for new service opportunities, while fostering integration across different service lines within the transfer pricing team.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or MBA Finance qualification from premier institutes, bringing 3-4 years of specialized experience in Transfer Pricing. A strong understanding of transfer pricing principles for domestic transactions and experience with Advance Pricing Agreements are essential.
