This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading advisory firm, working on critical transfer pricing matters for a diverse clientele. You will be instrumental in shaping client strategies and ensuring compliance with intricate regulations.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Form 3CEB and comprehensive transfer pricing documentation. You will also be tasked with developing and reviewing submissions and appeals, alongside actively monitoring a team to manage transfer pricing compliance and litigation effectively.

Client interaction is vital; you will engage regularly to understand and meet their specific needs. This involves reviewing DRP submissions and ITAT paper books to craft optimal case strategies and ensuring the timely submission of initial TPO replies. The role also includes preparing service fee proposals and assisting in pitching for new service opportunities, while ensuring seamless integration with other service lines within the transfer pricing team.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or MBA Finance qualification from premier institutes. A strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, compliance, and litigation is essential.

Your role will involve detailed analysis of client businesses through regular meetings and interactions, summarizing tribunal decisions for clarity, and reviewing transfer pricing reports for accuracy and completeness. Providing expert advice on the application of transfer pricing to domestic transactions and offering assistance with Advance Pricing Agreements are also core functions. Embracing and introducing best practices to optimize workflows is highly encouraged.
