Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP is seeking a motivated professional to enhance our Tax Practice. You will be instrumental in delivering strategic and implementation solutions, addressing our clients' most challenging business and technology issues.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Form 3CEB and Transfer Pricing documentation. You will also manage submissions, appeals, and monitor a team engaged in transfer pricing compliance and litigation. Regular client interaction is crucial for understanding their needs and requirements. The role involves reviewing DRP submissions and ITAT paper books to devise optimal case strategies, ensuring timely TPO replies, and preparing service fee proposals.

Additional duties encompass assisting with new service opportunities, ensuring seamless integration with other service lines, and thoroughly understanding client businesses. You'll also compile tribunal decisions, review transfer pricing reports for accuracy, advise on domestic transfer pricing, and support APA assignments. Implementing best practices to optimize workflows is also expected.

Candidates should possess a CA or MBA Finance degree from a premier institute. This position is based in Delhi, India. A strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, compliance procedures, and litigation processes is essential.
