This role involves the preparation and meticulous review of Form 3CEB and transfer pricing documentation. You will manage a team to handle transfer pricing compliance and litigation, ensuring timely TPO replies and preparing client proposals.

Key responsibilities include client interaction to understand needs, reviewing DRP submissions and ITAT paper books for case strategy, and assisting with Advance Pricing Agreements. You will also advise on transfer pricing for domestic transactions and integrate services across different lines within the transfer pricing team.

We are seeking a candidate with a CA or MBA Finance from a premier institute, possessing 3-4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.

Key skills include strong analytical abilities, comprehensive knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, experience with tax documentation, and effective client relationship management. An understanding of domestic transaction applicability and best practice implementation is also crucial.
