Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Form 3CEB and transfer pricing documentation, alongside submissions and appeals. You will lead a team to manage transfer pricing compliance and litigation, fostering strong client relationships to understand and meet their needs.

Tasks also involve reviewing DRP submissions and ITAT paper books to develop optimal case strategies, ensuring timely responses to TPO queries, and crafting service fee proposals. You'll contribute to business development by assisting in pitching new opportunities and ensuring seamless integration across different service lines within the transfer pricing domain.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or MBA Finance qualification from premier institutes. A preferred experience of 3-4 years in Transfer Pricing is essential for this role.
