As part of the Tax Practice, you'll engage with complex client issues, driving innovation and leadership. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Form 3CEB and transfer pricing documentation. You will also manage submissions, appeals, and monitor a team handling transfer pricing compliance and litigation.

Client interaction is crucial for understanding needs and providing effective solutions. This involves reviewing DRP submissions and ITAT paper books to develop optimal case strategies and ensuring timely TPO replies.

Additional duties encompass preparing service fee proposals, assisting in pitching for new service opportunities, and ensuring seamless integration with other service lines. You will also gain deep insights into client businesses through regular meetings and interactions.

Furthermore, responsibilities include summarizing tribunal decisions, reviewing transfer pricing reports for completeness, advising on domestic transaction transfer pricing applicability, and assisting with APA assignments. You are also expected to introduce and implement best practices to enhance work efficiency.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a strong background in Transfer Pricing, ideally with 3-4 years of experience. A professional qualification such as CA or an MBA in Finance from a premier institute is required.

Essential skills include proficiency in Transfer Pricing documentation, compliance, APA, and controversy management. The ability to effectively manage a team and interact with clients is paramount.
