This role is part of Deloitte's Business Process Solutions, offering expert support in operational finance, HR, and payroll. You will be instrumental in managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service through outsourcing, co-sourcing, and project-based solutions.

As a Deputy Manager in our BPS Tax team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and support a team of executives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the maintenance of books of accounts using software like Tally, SAP, or Zoho. - Independently managing client accounts and fostering robust business connections. - Assisting in business development initiatives for managed clients. - Preparing financial statements and audit schedules in compliance with India GAAP. - Liaising effectively with auditors, banks, and clients. - Handling the preparation and e-filing of VAT, Service Tax, and TDS returns. - Managing payroll processing, identifying system efficiencies, and implementing relevant controls. - Preparing monthly MIS reports and conducting reconciliations.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of dedicated experience.
