Manage organizational interventions focusing on talent, leadership, and team planning processes. Collaborate with site/functional leadership and HR to develop and analyze dashboards and reports. Support the annual appraisal process with the compensation and benefits team. Drive succession planning, leadership selection, and assessment initiatives.

Engage with leaders and HR partners to coach and educate them on team effectiveness, including assessments, design of leadership off-sites, and providing feedback on team competencies. Facilitate the development of effective teams using various tools and activities to create an engaged environment. Act as a champion for practices that enhance team effectiveness, systems thinking, personal mastery, and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required. A post-graduate degree in Human Resources is essential. Strong understanding of diagnostics and design interventions is necessary. Proficiency in Organizational Development and Change Management processes is expected.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must. Demonstrated project management skills are required. Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management capabilities are key. This position is based in Mumbai, India.
